I am a PhD candidate in the Netherlands. I work on method development for Raman spectroscopy. The goal is to optimise for the detection of life, for instance on Mars.

I've always had affinity with computers, and still like solving problems with them. I don't have too much experience, but in my environment I'm usually the go-to guy to fix a computer hardware or software issue. I also like taking apart laptops and fixing them. Programming-wise (I know many do not consider it programming, but it's all I have ;) ), I have experience with MATLAB, some with LabView and Mathematica.
